General Ordering Information: All prices are shown in $US dollars (USD) and include shipping by UPS ground service within the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders for stock merchandise ship within 48 hours if it is received Sunday – Wednesday. We want our product to be as fresh to you as possible and if received during these days, the order will be included in the current week’s production. Occasionally during the peak holiday season, shipping lead times may become extended to 72 hours.
Order Discounts: Order 10 or more items from Fredericksburg Fudge and receive a 10% discount. Order 10 or more items and ship them to the same address and receive an additional 10% discount.
Satisfaction Guaranteed! We pride ourselves on making the best fudges and chocolates the old fashioned way -- from scratch. However, if you receive an unsatisfactory product from us please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Before returning any product, please call our office at 830-997-2133. We will replace or refund any defective product if notified and verified within 24 hours of receipt. If the product was damaged or lost during shipment, a claim may be made with UPS and we’ll be glad to help with that process in any way we can. Our staff is standing by to take your order and answer any questions you may have about our fudges and candies. Don’t hesitate to call or email us for any reason. Method of Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Credit card orders online are secure. We do not accept orders with COD terms or payments sent in advance.

Mail Order Shipping (USA): We ship via UPS Ground within the 48 contiguous states. All products in our web site include regular ground shipping. You have the option to upgrade your shipping to air at an additional cost for time sensitive orders.
SHIPPING POLICY: Fredericksburg Fudge Company puts forth great effort to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely manner. However, we will not guarantee the delivery date of any order. All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our shipping policies.
SHIPPING METHODS: Our company ships orders to both commercial addresses and residential addresses. Commercial addresses are defined as business addresses situated on commercially zoned real estate, as determined by the freight carrier. Residential addresses include homes, apartments, condominiums, and other dwellings designated by the carrier as a residential address. Deliveries to residential addresses may incur additional fees. Businesses operated from a house, apartment, or other dwelling are not considered commercial addresses and will be charged any applicable residential fees. Most orders are shipped via UPS.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: If you provide an inaccurate ship to address and UPS makes an address correction at their time of delivery your credit card will be charged an additional $15.00. We make every effort thru UPS Worldship to verify every address prior to shipment. Be sure to include suites or apartment numbers. UPS can verify an address, but cannot identify a left out suite or apartment number.
